These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Möbius Oracle platform ("Möbius", "the Platform", "we", "us") operated at mobiusoracle.io. By accessing the Platform or using its API, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
By generating an API key, depositing funds, or submitting any query to the Möbius engine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. This is a binding agreement. We don't do click-through theatre — your use of the Platform is your acceptance.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Möbius operates on an invite-only basis. Access is granted at our sole discretion. Possession of an API key constitutes authorization to use the Platform.
Your API key is your identity on the Platform. There is no username, no email, no password — just the key.
The Platform accepts payment exclusively in USDT (TRC-20). No fiat currency, credit cards, or other cryptocurrencies are accepted. Deposits are processed on-chain and credited to your account as Möbius Credits (MC) upon confirmation.
The base exchange rate is $1 USDT = 20 MC. Volume bonuses may be applied at higher deposit tiers at our discretion. MC is consumed per query — costs range from 2 MC to 96 MC depending on the execution mode selected:
Specific MC costs per mode are displayed in the Platform interface and may be adjusted over time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate rate changes in advance.
Larger deposits may qualify for bonus MC at rates determined by us. Bonus structures are subject to change without prior notice. Any bonus MC awarded is subject to the same non-refundable, non-transferable terms as standard MC.
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in good faith. The following are strictly prohibited:
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of acceptable use. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
Möbius is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, response times, or uninterrupted availability. The Platform may be subject to:
We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. Downtime does not entitle you to refunds unless explicitly covered under Section 4.3.
Query outputs generated through the Platform are provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of the content generated in response to your queries. However:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Möbius, its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of USDT you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform provides AI-generated outputs. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You assume full responsibility for how you use, interpret, and act upon any information provided by the Platform.
Your privacy is architecturally protected by design. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Platform. For full details on what we collect, what we don't, and how data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination, your API key will be invalidated and any remaining MC balance will be forfeited. No refunds of USDT or MC will be issued upon termination, regardless of cause.
You may voluntarily cease using the Platform at any time by simply discontinuing use. No formal cancellation process is required.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, or that any outputs will be accurate or reliable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operators reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
